Airy 0.28.0: Helm Charts reorg, easier Security Setup, and more
This release lays the foundation for future improvements to your Airy instance, as well as facilitating an easier way to secure your Airy Core installation. It also adds some flare to the user experience within the UI by enabling emoji reactions to messages from Facebook users.
Release 0.17.0: End Chat, Quick Replies and Expanded Chat Plugin Default
This release significantly expanded the capabilities of your Airy Chat Plugin. Prior to this release, the possibility to end the chat and begin a new one was not available. Quick replies became easily accessible and the behavior of the Chat Plugin when a contact resumes a conversation improved.
Release 0.16.0: More Types of Suggested Replies, Lightbulb Icon for Previous Suggested Replies, Chat Plugin Customization
This release focused strongly on the Airy Live Chat Plugin and evolving its available features. Suggested Replies became widely useful, especially with the possibility of supporting more types of replies. We also gave system users the power to customize their entire Airy Live Chat Plugin.
Release 0.13.0: Connect via Twilio and Facebook, Template Manager, Scope Template List by Source Type
Thanks to this release, system users are now able to connect Facebook pages as well as WhatsApp and SMS numbers via Twilio. Several features became available in terms of templates and template management. In addition, emoji usage became easily accessible via the UI for all conversations.
Release 0.12.0: Airy Live Chat, Maintain Text in Input Bar, Inbox Highlighting
With this release, system users are now able to successfully connect an Airy Live Chat to their website via the UI. We also improved the behavior of the Chat Plugin if a contact minimizes it, and made it much more straightforward to navigate through conversations in the Inbox.
