Release 0.12.0: Airy Live Chat, Maintain Text in Input Bar, Inbox Highlighting
With this release, system users are now able to successfully connect an Airy Live Chat to their website via the UI. We also improved the behavior of the Chat Plugin if a contact minimizes it, and made it much more straightforward to navigate through conversations in the Inbox.

Enable Users to Connect via Airy Live Chat
One of the most valuable features of your Airy instance is the capability to connect an Airy Live Chat to your website.
Once you click the + button next to the Airy Live Chat channel, you will land at the starter form when you begin to connect your Live Chat Plugin. If you have any questions during the process, the documentation is also referenced there.
Keep Text in Input Bar if Contact Minimizes Chat Plugin
Prior to Release 0.12.0, all of the text written in the input bar would be removed if the contact minimized the chat for whatever reason. With this release, contacts no longer have to worry about their messages deleting before they are able to send them. This change creates a smoother and more enjoyable experience for people trying to get into contact, whether it be for asking questions or giving feedback.
Highlighting in Inbox
When you have several conversations listed in your Inbox, a visible distinction between them is necessary so that you can easily see which conversation you are in. With this feature, the Inbox has made it much simpler and more visually appealing for system users while using the Inbox.
